Mr. Boulbol’s primary areas of concentration are in:

CIVIL LITIGATION/WORKERS COMPENSATION:
A substantial portion of Mr. Boulbol's practice consists of representing insured individuals, institutions and employers in the defense of lawsuits. Mr. Boulbol also works in the areas of commercial law and municipal/land use law. Prior to joining Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ltd. Mr. Boulbol served as Law Clerk for Judge Joel Bolger in the Kodiak, Alaska Superior Court.
