Mr. Donaldson's primary area of concentration is in:

REAL ESTATE:
Mr. Donaldson's practice includes all facets of residential and commercial real estate conveyances and transactions. He has extensive experience dealing with state subdivision and wastewater regulations, ACT 250 permits and the Vermont Title Standards. Mr. Donaldson has addressed various marketable title issues throughout the State of Vermont. He also has a vast comprehension of title insurance issues and is a title insurance agent for various title insurance companies.
