A significant part of Mr. Dowling’s practice consists of representing business entities and health care institutions with day-to-day legal issues. He has represented countless local, national and international companies over three decades of practice. Mr. Dowling is also has extensive experience in trusts and estates. He has been recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” in three categories: Corporate Law; Health Care Law; and Trusts and Estates Law. Mr. Dowling is also a certified public accountant.
