Ms. Ferguson’s primary area of concentration is in:

CIVIL LITIGATION / WORKERS’ COMPENSATION:
A substantial portion of Ms. Ferguson’s practice consists of representing insured individuals, institutions and employers in the defense of lawsuits. She has successfully tried numerous cases before the Vermont Department of Labor and Industry and in the Vermont State trial courts over her many years of practice. Ms. Ferguson also has experience in a number of civil litigation fields including products liability and personal injury defense.
