Mr. Gilmond’s primary area of concentration is in:

CIVIL LITIGATION / HEALTHCARE:
A substantial portion of Mr. Gilmond’s practice consists of representing insured individuals and institutions and healthcare providers in defense of lawsuits. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict over his years of practice. Mr. Gilmond also has experience in advising health-care providers on other issues pertaining to medical records, HIPAA, development of policies and procedures and patient confidentiality.
