Ms. Glynn’s practice includes representing financial institutions in lending transactions, and institutional lenders and other clients in the workout of troubled debt, asset recovery, and foreclosure proceedings. She advises businesses of all sizes in the areas of business entity formation, commercial lending, contract preparation and review, commercial real estate and general commercial law. Ms. Glynn has many years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. She also advises healthcare clients in many areas, including compliance and contracts.

Ms. Glynn has been recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” in the category of Financial Institutions law.
