Mr. Hart's primary area of concentration is in:

CIVIL LITIGATION / REAL ESTATE:
A substantial portion of Mr. Hart’s practice consists of representing insured individuals and corporations in the defense of lawsuits. He also has an active real estate practice. Mr. Hart’s prior experience was with the New York State District Attorney’s Office for Washington County. He actively practices before both the Vermont and New York courts.
