CIVIL LITIGATION / PROBATE / GENERAL PRACTICE:
With over 45 years of trial experience, Mr. O’Rourke is a nationally recognized trial attorney who is admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys. His practice, in large part, involves representing individuals and institutions in lawsuits. Mr. O’Rourke has been recognized for achievement by the Rutland Herald who has named in one of ten best trial lawyers in Vermont. He also has an active probate practice as well as experience in a number of areas of general practice.

Mr. O’Rourke has received Martindale-Hubbell, Inc.'s highest "AV" rating.
