Mr. O’Rourke’s primary area of concentration is in:

CIVIL LITIGATION / TORT DEFENSE/ PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Mr. O’Rourke has been a Partner and Director of the Firm since 1993. Mr. O’Rourke regularly represents both insured and self-insured Defendants in a wide variety of liability actions in a statewide practice. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and has over 25 years of litigation and trial experience in all Vermont State and Federal Courts. Mr. O’Rourke’s primary practice area is defense litigation representing individuals and businesses in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, and professional responsibility matters. In addition, he regularly represents clients in construction defect and commercial disputes. Mr. O’Rourke is listed in “Who’s Who in American Law”.
