Ms. Pell’s primary area of concentration is in:

CIVIL LITIGATION:
Ms. Pell’s practice consists largely of representing insured individuals and companies in the defense of lawsuits. Additionally, she advises employers on employment law issues. She is also experienced in landlord tenant litigation. Ms. Pell has experience in representing ski areas, medical providers, realtors and others in litigation matters. She is fluent in German and worked for Swarovski, large Austrian crystal company, before her law career.
