TOXIC TORTS / WORKERS’ COMPENSATION:
Ms. Schaffner-Fegard, who holds a Masters Degree in environmental law, represents clients in various environmental litigation matters, including toxic torts, mold litigation, water contamination. She also represents employers and their insurance carriers with respect to workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Schaffner-Fegard has successfully tried numerous cases. She is fluent in a number of languages including German, Swiss German dialect and French.
