APPELLATE PRACTICE / INSURANCE LAW:
Mr. Serafino has over 15 years of experience as an appellate practitioner. He has successfully argued numerous cases before the Vermont Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Serafino also has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters. He consults with lawyers about pleadings, dispositive motions and legal strategy. He has authored and argued numerous dispositive motions in the state and federal courts.
