CIVIL LITIGATION/WORKERS COMPENSATION:
Ms. Smith’s practice principally involves representing insurers and employers in workers’ compensation claims. She also defends insured businesses and individuals against liability claims. Additionally, Ms. Smith has experience handling probate matters. Prior to her law career, Ms. Smith taught high school biology and chemistry and was an Assistant Dean of Students at the Hyde School in Woodstock, Connecticut.
