Mr. Preedom’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented individuals and corporations in connection with a wide variety of matters including construction defect claims, contract disputes, Vermont Prompt Pay Act claims, and personal injury and professional malpractice litigation. Mr. Preedom has also assisted clients in employment-related matters, such as litigation regarding non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and theft of trade secrets claims. His experience includes matters involving antitrust claims, civil rights violations, and securities litigation. Mr. Preedom has participated in numerous jury and bench trials and evidentiary hearings.
