Our attorneys have been involved in DEI initiatives in the Vermont business community and have participated as members of the ALFA International Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee from its inception. RSC’s DEI Committee reports directly to our firm’s Board of Directors, which provides leadership-level support for DEI initiatives.
